Standard is 24–48 hours. Rush is under 24 hours, additional charge. Interiors are staged in the file. Exteriors are landscaped in the file. The house and fixtures stay as shot.

You update MLS
Drop the staged or landscaped files into the listing. Originals stay with you. After files carry the Virtually staged or Virtually landscaped tag.
We do not move walls, change windows, add square footage, or replace permanent fixtures.
